What do I do if the PrivacyCube does not connect to the VPN?

If connection problems occur between the PrivacyCube and the VPN, the user string must be checked.

Go to the Userstring navigation item.

In rare cases, it may take a few minutes to connect to the VPN server, so patience is required.
